Instructions

Saute bacon in dutch oven until cooked, remove and reserve rendered fat

Saute onion in about 2 tbsp of rendered bacon fat,

Add potatoes, chicken broth, water, and garlic.

Cook on medium heat until potatoes are done.

Add sausage, bacon, salt, and pepper to taste and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Turn to low heat; add spinach and cream.

Heat thoroughly and serve.
